The key role of the head of the sales department:

We need an experienced leader who can lead a team of professional sales people and bring the department to a new level of efficiency and profitability. You will have to strategically manage the process of attracting and retaining large customers, monitor the implementation of sales plans and ensure high standards of service.

Your tasks:

  • Organizing the effective work of the sales department, managing the activities of subordinates and monitoring the implementation of their plans;
  • Holding regular meetings and analyzing the results achieved;
  • Development of a strategy to promote the company’s products and services on the Russian market;
  • Competitor analysis and preparation of recommendations for improving the product range and pricing policy;
  • Personal example of active interaction with key clients, organization of meetings and presentations;
  • Creating a comfortable working atmosphere and maintaining high employee motivation;
  • Manage the department’s budget, coordinate purchases, and ensure uninterrupted communication with marketing and logistics departments.

  • Higher education (economics, engineering, or technical, preferably);
  • Demonstrated successful experience in managing the sales department for at least three years;
  • Experience working with large industrial equipment, preferably in the field of electrical engineering;
  • Excellent management skills, developed communication skills and a high level of personal discipline;
  • Result orientation, demanding of oneself and subordinates, focus on continuous improvement;
  • Energy, self-confidence and an active lifestyle.
