What you have to do:
- Receiving and processing incoming requests from clients (phone calls, emails);
- Preparatory work with commercial proposals and primary documentation;
- Entering information about clients and transactions into the Bitrix 24 CRM system;
- Contact with managers on work issues and support for ongoing projects;
- Study of technical documentation and mastering the product features.
What do we expect from the candidate:
- Learning ability and willingness to learn new things;
- Good oral and written Russian language skills;
- Beginner computer skills (Word, Excel, Email);
- Good sense of responsibility and organization;
- Positive attitude and friendly attitude towards people.
Additionally, basic technical knowledge and interest in mechanical engineering are welcome.
